This is actually the first time I've ever visited during the lunch or dinner hours and I was surprised at the Great burger selection they have, recommend the Pastrami Burger (Very tasty and never stood a chance :) Overall they have about 10 different burgers to choose from including a Green Chili, a Philly and a variety of bar foods. They do offer a full service bar and on Friday nights they have karaoke from 8:30 to close. They have a number of flat screens and it's also a great place to watch all your NFL games as they have the NFL Ticket. I also know for breakfast they offer a buy 1 get 1 meal deal which you can't beat. There's honestly only 2 places in Green Valley to grab a great local burger and because of their variety of burgers they may have just one upped the competition. Overall the service was very friendly, attentive and I can't wait til my next visit.

Food is good, expensive but pretty good when it comes to the burgers and sandwiches. I was worried to get Mexican food since it's not a Mexican joint but they pulled off the cheese enchiladas. Nice employees but the owner is a nimrod. I would give them 4 stars but will not because the jerk wad that owns it. It took us a while to return from three years ago when we had the incident with the owner and his wife. Not happy people.

I used to be able to walk to this place, staff is great, but food and drinks are a little pricey for the location. All on all I would definitely recommend this place for a fast burger or fries, but I wouldn't base your whole night around it, they close early, and are typically packed with elderly folk.

Good food, great prices, amazing view. Had the University of Arizona Burger, absolutely delicious, potato salad is different but really good. I would definitely return and recommend.

Updating my review to 5 stars. This is the place to be, to watch football in Green Valley / Sahuarita, on Sundays. Our waitress - Kim - has outdone herself again. She's definitely an asset to Coach's. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Went here for the super bowl since this is the only option in the area. Hot wings were ok not great. Service was good. We were the youngest people there by at least 40 years. There was no cheering going on. Very boring and stale place. I think the owner just caters to the older crowd and he is happy to not have any customers under 80. I will not return.

This place had a good thing going with it's buy one-get one free breakfasts but it seems that the snowbirds arrival back in GV has triggered the greed bug at Coach like most other places in town. Too bad because Coachs was a little diamond in the rough hidden away from the maddening crowds. Their portions were smaller and presentation and ambiance was lacking but their breakfast prices used to be fair for what you got. Lo and behold, went for breakfast yesterday morning only to find that the prices had been raised thru the roof on EVERYTHING, even beverages like coffee and soda. Eggs Benedict went up to $8.99 from $6.99 a few weeks previous, a 30% increase with no increase in portion size or quality. And it seems like the BOGO promotion has some new rules. If someone in your party order a couple of sides instead of a numbered breakfast, the sides are considered the FREE ITEMS! Beware and CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY! The service is spotty at best. Our server was terrible, needing to be reminded many times to bring catsup or more cream. Nothing but lame excuses. I will probably not be back

As far as I can tell, there isn't a whole lot to do in the Green Valley area. I was exploring the area where my in-laws spend the winter and asked the clerk at Family Dollar where she liked to eat, and Coach's was one of the few places she mentioned. I didn't know what to expect, and it turned out to be more of a bar than a restaurant. I sat at the bar and noticed the couple to my left enjoying a Mexican Pizza and beer on tap. The folks to my right were just drinking beer. It was lunch time and I hadn't eaten, so I settled on a taco salad with chicken. It was uninspired, edible, and something I wouldn't order again. In fact, I think this would be a better place to have drinks (maybe appetizers) and hang out with friends and watch a game. I made friends with a nice local who gave me advice on where to go for better food. Not surprisingly, it was in a town 15 minutes away.

This is a great place for a burger and a beer. They have a good variety of hamburgers plus several other sandwiches. I think the hamburger meat here is leaner than any other restaurant in Green Valley/Sahuarita area. And it tastes great with the beer they serve.

In Tuscon area to visit my brother we wound up at Coach's because it was the only place still serving food at 830 in Green Valley. Service was pleasant but very slow, my fish and chips which was a daily special was straight out of a frozen food box and deep fried. My nephew's wings looked like they had been nuked , they were deep fried but burnt beyond recognition and pretty much inedible. Unless you're just there for a beer I wouldn't go there. My brother did say it used to have much better food when he was there in the past, he was highly disappointed at our meal as well.
